I heard that Riot acknowledged LeBlanc's power/problems and are planning to nerf her reliability and keeping her damage. Personally I've never been a fan of an assassin having a root (or two?) in combination with such high burst and mobility, but I always thought that a blink-delay on her W (like the recent Zed ult nerf, but not as long probably) or lower dash speed would be a really interesting/healthy change.

I think that the change they made where R (mimic) ignores the number of skill points you have in an ability was a mistake. It pushed people into maxing W (distortion) first which gives Leblanc a ton of early waveclear without sacrificing her kill pressure since her QRX still does insane amounts of damage to single targets.
Revert that change and LB players have to max Q again which leaves her low on waveclear and gives her a clear and consistent weakness to match her intended weakness without actually ruining her ~average late game.
