Mages top are not?
So Irelia can be a midlaner :/ without getting nerfs for her midlane. But a mage like viktor gets instant nerf in 2 week time cause he is top lane.
So are we allowed to have diversity in lanes or not? i am beyond confused to be honest.

Vayne top is annoying but not OP. It never was, she was playing as intended and remain easy target to gank and fairly squishy. Not Viktor.. unless you have a camping jungler.

Mage building tank while also abusing of their in kit ratio are not. Viktor having a mana ratio on his Q on both damage and Shield is stupid. People pick klepto on viktor to harass top laner , get easy gold as they can't trade back and if they try to trade back, Viktor get a huge ass shield for nothing and doesn't loose damage as he get damage from his mana... He get a iceborn gauntlet and it's basically over. Movement speed, huge shield, procable sheen attack, mixed with gauntlet slow. You can't do anything. Just to make sure it's cancer they build, 
, take the runes 
with warp tonic and they outsustain everyone...

ModThe Djinn2 votesMages top are fine -- Vladimir, Kennen, Heimerdinger, Akali, Ryze, Swain, Lissandra -- even Karthus can find some success.
I think Riot just wasn't overly fond of how much power Viktor got in powerful shielding + powerful slow effects + speed boosts with that build, as it wasn't really a mage playstyle and was super frustrating.
