Tanks are here... but they need healthy gameplay...

Mundo... He should be unkillable... but he shouldn't be able to fucking kill you every 15 seconds literally whenever he wants.

Volibear... If you're one of the unlucky bastards who's using an immobile champion, you're simply dead. Can't kill him, and he doesn't need to build any damage to kill you.

Nautilus is a perfect tank... CC, bulk, almost no damage. I feel like tanks shouldn't be doing excessive damage like Mundo and Volibear.

Tanks don't have to fit just one pattern. Volibear and Mundo are both bruiser tanks. Significant damage, low CC, vulnerable to being kited (seriously, play Volibear into a Janna, and see if you ever get to any of the immobile champions on the enemy team). You might not be able to take them on 1v1 with a good number of champions, but in a 5v5 game, you don't have to. That is perfectly healthy gameplay.

Tanks need to grab your attention when they engage. If they do not have damage you can ignore them completely. Just look at what tanks have managed to fit into the meta over the last few seasons, they all were able to deal damage when they were popular.

Now we're reaching a point where more and more tanks are becoming viable again. They are killable, you just have to play as if there is a strong tank on the other team, which interestingly enough many people don't know how to do. Squishy carries have honestly had it too good for a while now, I'm happy the tanks are back to teach everyone a valuable lesson.

I agree that Nautilus is the perfect tank.
