I'm not an ADC main, but I can offer tips.
When CSing, don't stand still. It makes you too easy to hit skillshots and otherwise play to that. Keep moving around between autos. It also makes you harder to predict as to where you'll go, and it also just keeps up your focus so it doesn't drift off like it would if you were standing still. Pay attention to the map. If the jungler's appeared in top or mid, then you're generally safe for a bit, but in the latter case, if they head downwards and go MIA, you should probably ward if you haven't already (It's not just the support's job) and retreat a little and play safer, depending on what kind of jungler it is. Someone like Yi who has to just charge down the river or such is fairly easy to see incoming. Someone like Zac who can gank from unconventional spots needs more creative warding which can be difficult. Someone with stealth requires pinks. Also ward the bush that's in the 3-way intersection, not just the one in the river. This is a tip for in general.
With Sivir, generally rush ER so you can have that near-manaless poke with your constant Ricochets and etc. With Jinx, learning and getting the feel for when to alternate between your machine-gun fire and rocket-blast fire is key. In general, the former is for farming and the latter is for poking due to mana costs in early.
