Attempting to "balance" Vayne

Vayne Needs change. She's the most picked, and strongest ADC on the market right now, for good reason.

  1. Best escapes of any adc. (Next to Ezreal, she has a short-range dash, a knockback + situational stun, and stealth)
  2. Non-existant mana issues. (W costs nothing, q is spammable, unless you're using Condemn on cooldown you won't run out of mana, period)
  3. No trade-off for insanely strong late game. (Always thought Kog was a good example. No real mobility, team-reliant, rewarded if you farm well and get to late game. Vayne is just strong throughout)
  4. Difficult to itemize against. (Self-explanatory, this has always been a thing with her.)
  5. Deceptively strong passive. (Good luck escaping if she's even slightly ahead of you. Miss Fortune with no boots and fully stacked passive will get caught 100% of the time by a Vayne with no boots thanks to this passive and her Ult.)

Two ideas to try and balance her:

Remove stealth on tumble until level 16. Basically the Darius treatment. Why can she outduel, outplay, basically every champion as early as level 6? If the stealth portion of her Ultimate didn't come into play until late game when, you know, a carry should shine, it would help alleviate early problems.

Condemn no longer deals damage, but still applies silver bolts. This already allows her to outtrade her lane opponents, as well as giving her extra burst. She's already rewarded with a stun if she knocks you into a wall, she doesn't need the extra free damage as well.
