masterdragon4811 votesFill means "I'll play whatever role is available that gives me the fastest queue time." It is no surprise that the number of people that want to play support is much less than the other roles. Therefore, if you select the role that will give the fastest queue time, you are statistically very likely to get the least popular role; because that is what is needed more times than not.
If you don't want support, don't pick support, and don't pick fill which is statistically most likely to put you in the support role because it is the least commonly selected role.
