Riot what are your plans for vladimir with the upcoming item ap item changes

If anyone has read the pbe patch notes than you will see many ap items have gotten really buffed especially items that champs like vladimir who are considered poorly designed will make him a god among mages. I know that vlad doesn't have a healthy kit and his is one my favorite champs but I'm more or less concerned over what riot might just straight up gut him when the new items hit live. My overall question is what does have plans to change for vladimir exactly, will there be a cost on his ultimate, will you guys reduce his scaling damage, I'm just concerned because of recent changes to some of my favorite champs like warwick and veiger. I just want some clarity is all on what intentions you guys have on changing him because obviously hes gonna get disgusting amounts of damage with the new items. Yours a vladimir player.

Can you point out what AP items got buffed that doesn't involve sustain?

Take a look at Rylai's again. It's going to make Vlad even more cancerous against melee top lanes.

Riot is taking a "wait and see" approach, as there are so many champions that are going to be in interesting situations. Yes, Vlad may become strong, but so could Ziggs with AoE showing on every Q, or Veigar who gets back to full health after an ultimate.
