Match Making At Its Worst, and Riot Is Fucking Over New Players

I've been playing on my secondary account which is currently only level 25, and my primary is only Silver. I've been getting some of the most fucked up, skewed, lopsided matches you can imagine. Almost every game there's at least 1 high level player playing in a game with unranked pre 30 accounts, and I'm not just talking silvers and golds, I'm getting plats and diamonds. Just look at these matches!!!

I got shit on by this gold 2 . I didn't have any runes, and when I check his profile he had 16 rune pages. Why the fuck is a pre 30 account being put in games with a fucking high gold player. http://i.imgur.com/aMK8PYE.png

Also as this is my second account and I'm not a new player I knew to wait until level 20 to buy runes. When I got to level 20 I bought some runes and went to go put them into rune pages and realized that I couldn't use all of them because rune slots are unlocked with level. I already knew that about masteries, but I forgot that about runes. It's like Riot is intentionally trying to make this game as hard as fucking possible for new players. Matching new players with extremely higher level players who have all runes and masteries available to them, and then when new players are the right level to buy runes they can't even use all of them, WTF.

No ones ever accused of being balanced with extremely high base health regen and massive sustain on just his passive, infinite stacking, aoe armor reduction, ridiculously strong slow, and super tank aoe magic damage ult , but as I should at least have a chance against him, but I got shit on just based on the fact that I didn't have runes. I couldn't harass him at all because he had armor in runes and I didn't have penetration. Any damage I did he could easily heal from with a couple of Q's. Even without any stacks he was nuking me for a 4th of my HP early game!

TL;DR Match Making is broken as fuck. New players should have full access to runes and masteries from the very beginning. need to be nerfed. needs to be made melee only. Fuck OP and his OP runes, nerf the dog, my salt is strong.
