as much as i hate these posts, cause they always sound condescending no matter the context. They wont put that in because of potential trolls in champ select.(god i feel dirty typing this)

as the other person states, it would be too easy for a troll to abuse the system like this. Imagine a jungler without smite....imagine a morgana or something stupid with smite just stealing creeps when the laner needs them (this can still be done, but not at the expense of the jungler )

People taking it on Ezreal is so lame, but they used to do the same with the Elder Lizard (RIP), but yeah it's not gonna stop it. They've had them on top laners this season as well... so just gotta get used to it.
