Oracle's Extract should be on summoners rift.

Ok so i was playing a custom game with some friends on Howling Abyss right. and I ended up buying Oracle's Extract a couple times throughout the game and of course I have bought this item when playing ARAM before but I it wasn't until in this custom game that thought to myself. "Why is this not in summoners rift". And after thinking about it more, Riot should totally make this one of the elixirs like elixir of wrath, iron, and sorcery. But have it work EXACTLY as it does in ARAM. Don't change its range, don't change its time, don't change what it can and cannot reveal, the only acceptable change would be to raise the gold cost up to 500. And that's only because that's the current price for the other elixirs. Riot please do this :)
