Or Garen himself is op and needs to be nerfed. In my last match, garen got ONE kill, and suddenly became tanky enough to go 3v1 under a turret and live. How is that ok???

Towers don't do anything, this is nothing new. On Velkoz sup I exhausted q w e'd an Ekko and he still killed me and got out.
