Speaking of neutral objective changes...

Can we make ocean drake not totally suck short of dangerously sneaking it at the start of the game? In which case I may still rather have another dragon.

Now that the game is even super burstier ocean drake seems even less relevant (I still felt it was the weakest one last season). You could buff the effect a bit. Maybe by a straight amount. Maybe by making the later ocean drakes gain an extra boost. Or maybe we need a new effect because the current one might have to be crazy to seem great. Best I can come up with off the top of my head atm is a max health + mana up. Though that might be even harder to balance. Tanks don't really have any drake directly for them so if it was % health it kinda would be. Giving tanks more health can quickly be bad though.

Also I feel new warmogs took away most of its job.

Anyone else feel let down by ocean drake?

it's supposed to be the sustain drake, it's supposed to be for siege compositions and to deal with siege teams a bit easier not the "i am tankier" drake

Ocean Drake is really good for siege comps or when defending, if you look closely at your MP bar rising very, very rapidly..

All the dragons just have an issue with being non-visible power, IMO they should be changed to some sort of triggered proc on a cooldown, that is more visible and obviously impactful.

Same with cloud drake; pretty useless until 3 stacks. The better option is to act like item 1039 giving bonus % regen in the jungle.
