he gets near me and Q me and im dead
please, tell me what buff did he recieve to deal this crazy ammount of damage while still being 0/6 at 20 minutes

Isolation
If Kha' Zix got an isolated Q, then you're playing against him wrong. With evolved Q and isolation his regular Q of about 250-300 base hits around 500 base, plus missing health I think.
The only buffs he received were slightly reduced cooldowns on Q and W.
If he was gibbing you, then you were isolated.
to everyone saying i was isolated during the game, i was undertower with my minions and champions
Kha has to be the simplest assasin to counter - dont be alone, that also means minions and turrets. If you arent isolated his Q deals like, 300 damage.
