Just got murdered by a full tank fizz. This comes after tank akali was murdering everyone. The IBG/sunfire cape combo is absurdly strong. I'm curious as to why Riot hasn't addressed these over-tuned items? They're usually quick to nerf things like this, and they've barely adressed it.
