Give Essence Reaver attack speed all the time
And change the recipe to accommodate it.

My idea is that if the item has bonus attack speed all the time, it will synergize with its own mana refreshing passive much better, and will work out more nicely for champs that would like to use it like Ashe. It would also allow the item to scale a bit faster with zeal items.
For Essence Reaver itself, the final item would have about 10 less AD, and something like 45% attack speed, but keeping Essence Flare passive as is (so situationally +95% atk speed).
What do you think about that idea?
