Nidalee needs a rework

I know she was underpowered blah blah, but her kit is dumb and needs to be lowered. First off she's almost impossible to catch/kill because of the whole animal thing and her heal on transition. The spear chuckin every second that chunks half my hp over a wall is retarded too. Lower spear damage and make her catchable.

Simple key sometimes is dont chase. Let the tanks handle her. I dont care what the koreans say, Ive never been afraid of a nidalee. Not as top, not as jg, not as mid, not as support, not as adc.
