Honestly I think they will either completely rework Guinsoo's or just nerf it again in a way like remove the +10% AD +10% AP scallings on the passive

I don't think Jhin will be nerfed though. His performance is still really subpar compared to other ADCs like Kai'Sa

And cait is about to be nerfed, same for kai sa and xayah.

And all of those stats are plat+, so no "low elo" card right there, jhin is being spammed in high diamond/master/challenger, just like cait and xayah.

you're welcome, if they nerf cait or xayah then jhin might get nerfed, but they didn't get nerfed meddler said they're candidates, but on pbe not a single change appeared because they were only candidates

Also plat+ is low elo to me anything that isn't at least master tier is low elo to me , so yes i'm low elo too since i demoted to d2

and jhin isn't being spammed in master tier, he's like tier 2 adc behind all the adcs we listed above

jhin is hovering around 9th to 11th highest win rate in bronze. Higher than in platinum+(17th highest) but still not that great.

They are nerifng her Q ad ratio by 30%/60% when evolved (-5% ad per missle), which is a pretty big nerf.

maybe because jhin isn#t performing amazeing despite that? maybe because needing 6 AAs for that to happen on a 4 ammo gun is rather inconvinient and can be played around? also, the crazy number inthe screenshot requires elder with tripple inferno...
