Why is this matchmaking system so awful?
I get instant queue pops and then immediately following I get 5 minute queues, I get my primary in every game outside of promos and then only get my secondary in promos. Who the fuck designed this garbage?

What? It's not magic mate.
If it's instant that means there was a team waiting in queue, and you matched them. If it takes a while you are the team waiting, and someone else will likely get an instant queue for your game.
It's not garbage, it's working well.
be appreciative mate, i have on the norm 10 minutes or higher queue times to get a match and then every other lobby has a dodge.
