When you push up without wards

Dont blame your jungler when you are pushed up to the enemy tower all game without wards and get ganked by the enemy lee sin 3-4 times.

Its not because Lee is OP. Its not because your jungler is shit. Its because you are a moron who pushed up without wards. (especially when you take green trinket)

yeah nothing says "op jungler" more than the usual 2 stacks of unused trinket stacks

I usually waste my 2 trinkets charges in the first 5 - 8 mins just to ensure that I don't get my butt handed over by the enemy jungler.

And when it's in the reverse? I am pushed up under my turret and no1 ganks my laner, he has no wards, but can do that all game, can I call my jungler shit then?

No, you call yourself shit for losing lane

Velgam2 votes

I didnt lose lane , in most cases I have the most farm and can fight my laner with ease, his jungler just always there when I try to so I have to play safe, there are champs that can farm easily under turret or are you such a scrub you didn't know that?

Rewt1 votes

If you actually got ganked that a WHOLE other story. If you lose lane without any jungle intervention. Then Gasburger's reply is what you need to refer to.

I'm playing malphite top vs kled, I can get him off skarl and not even lose 1/2 hp, his jungler ganks and helps him, I get away. kled is pushed up under my turret all game, we have a shaco jungle, kled ults me and nunu comes in again to gank me UNDER my turret, My farm is higher than kled, I can fight him, kled is pushed up with zero wards because my pink wards is STILL in the river, shaco never ganks, ever after all those ganks I can still 1 v 1 kled and win. This is how my lane goes as a top laner 90% of the time

Rewt1 votes

You need to also look at shaco's position on this. Was nunu running into his jungle and stealing camps? if so shaco is behind and might be unwilling to gank a kled who can Bear trap him and kill him in a couple autos.

Or is every single lane losing so he is running around trying to put out fires and just isnt making it top side because mid and bot are the stronger carry roles. (due to you playing malph so he is just letting you figure it out)

Maybe even the shaco is working with the winning bot and mid to take towers and objectives while nunu is focusing so hard on the tank lane allowing for shaco to get more work done in other lanes.

Just because he isnt helping YOU. doesnt mean he isnt doing more important things around the map.

Do shit junglers exist? yes. But more often than not they are just doing something else other than helping the Island lane that is top lane.

Tbh, if the rest of the team is getting shat on and he has a pushed up Kled with no wards and a Malphite with ult up who has more CS than Kled then I think he should be ganking that lane, rather than help the losing feeders. If he doesn't take that opportunity then he is a bad jungler, period.

Rewt1 votes

There is a lot that goes into jungle pathing. if you just focus on top lane you will have very bad pathing (now on something like nunu that doesnt really matter). So while he probably should throw 1-2 ganks top he still should try and help the other lanes because a strong Malph isnt gonna do shit against a fed mid and bot.

Jungle is more about understanding what areas of the game are more important than just going "Kled isnt warded. Gank Kled". While you SHOULD gank the kled. There are more things to look at in the game. and so without actually watching the replay and seeing how the shaco played it im hesitant to just say "Shit jungler" because he very well could have been the deciding factor to how hard the lanes lost.

Aimléss1 votes

I don't jg much, but when I do my ganking is fine cause I play mid lane assassins and gank all the time. If my bot lane is getting destroyed and I see a pushed up Kled, which could give us the gold to maybe start a comeback I'm going top. Cause at that point he's so close to your tower that you don't have to worry too much about a counter jungle, and even if he might you gotta take that risk because its do or die. If bot lane and mid are losing you gotta get your neutral lane ahead, especially as a Shaco Malphite combo, those two together make for a nearly unavoidable death for Kled.

Vs a nunu the moment that shaco shows top dragon will be gone, and maybe on top of that it was an infernal so now on top of all the lanes struggling the enemy team has a global infernal buff in exchange for a gank that might not even be successful.

Sounds like a terrible trade no matter how you argue against it.

Oh also don't forget if the nunu is spending his time top it gives 3 other laners breathing room which is very team beneficial so why would one discourage the nunu from camping top?

You literally just pulled a very specific scenario from your ass to counter me. There is no 100% correct course of action in League of Legends, if there was, one guide from a pro player would have everyone in challenger. For the most part, what I said is right, don't try to counter it with some 1 in 10000 scenario.

Shaco was only farming, nunu had alredy pulled off 4 ganks 2 top and 1 on each other lane by 8 mins, while shaco never ganked any, bot was not winning and was pushed in as well, with again no help from our jungler, mid was being camped as nunu kept alternating between mid and top with ganks since his 1st gank on bot put his laners ahead heavily, he wasn't helping ANYONE. I used to think *well if im being camped and my jungler isnt ganking top lane at lest we can pressure bot and get dragons....nope NEVER happens, we have no drags, no turrets bot or mid, but somehow the enemy jungler can gank ALL LANES, keep up/surpass my junglers farm AND take dragons and turrets, while the junglers I get I have to keep saving them. If i lose 1 v 1 I will accept that, but it's never 1 v 1 its 1 v 2 or 1 v 3, if so much pressure is top any jungler with half a brain cell would know to either A counter jungle or be pressure another lane heavily, namely bot, but nope, none of that. If I am pushed and get ganked, ok i looked for that, but if I am being pushed all game asking for some help, able to fight my laner, have more cs, and not getting any help what so ever, I know i have a failure of a jungler. As I said there are junglers who can pull off ganks on all lanes and keep up with their farming, I rarely get those. If the enemy jungler has pulled off way more ganks than you have, you have failed as a jungler.

Rewt1 votes

In this case. Yes the shaco misplayed horribly. But to address your last point "If the enemy Jungler has pulled off way more ganks than you have, you have failed as a jungler" Is just a false statement.

Many games ive had where the enemy jungle has ganked more than me. sometimes double. But because I have been focusing on getting 1 lane ahead and then slowly putting the jungler behind by counterjungling and securing dragons. I have ended up winning the game because I got our hyper carry ahead. There is so much more to the jungle role than how many ganks have you done.

Another thing that sometimes happens is when you look at your lanes and go "well shit. Guess im gonna farm and defend towers and pray for late game" It happens. More often then you think. You just get put in a position where the jungler manages to get more ganks off for any reason like minimal warding or just mis plays on your teams part and you are put in the shitty position of. Welp. i cant do shit. just turtle till late game. and play for picks.

I found the game you spoke of and as a jungle main your teams comp vs theirs just horrifies me, your team had a poke heavy compMalphite Shaco Caitlyn Nidalee Zilean vs a heavy keep on you and stay on you comp Nunu Kled Jhin Malzahar Velkoz

Such a team comp has two scenarios you either do well and poke kill people from range while malphite protects and shaco goes for jhin/vel or you just get a hot steamy load dumped on you when kled ults nunu follows and ults, then vel uses the slows to guarantee land skills and malz ults anyone that steps out of line.

I'd be shocked if you told me you had won this game, it also doesn't help that your nid mid got dumped due to a hard counter i never even considered before with your zilean support rushing roa.

Heck thats without considering the fact that nobody including yourself bothered to build even a single MR item vs what is a heavy ap comp with the ap carrys actually doing most of the work to win the game.

My mantra has always been it takes a team to lose early game, it takes a single member getting caught late game to decide a game. and you guys lost as a team early game so while the jungler might not have played well none of you played well either.

Velgam1 votes

ONE it was zilean mid and nid supp, 2 i was vs a KLED for most of the game...., 3 their jhin was fed, the reason all of them got fed is because nunu ganked often, their jungler put them ahead while ours was practically afk for that match, I could have still 1 v 1 my laner even after he was ahead due to ganks. Nunu added pressure from the start to finish, helped his laners from start to finish, lanes were never 1 v 1 or 2 v 2 it was always 1 v 2 or 2 v 3.

green trinket

wat. checks colorblind options, checks normal. nope haven't lost my mind, no magic overnight patches. context clearly indicates the warding trinket.

RED, BLUE AND? green? no.

when statements that might be reasonable about awareness get undermined by lack of awareness demonstrated in post.

please, i believe in you as a human being or forum posting robot, you can do better than that.

saddest part is this has 12 upvotes as an op, and everyone just let that departure from reality slide.

also, inb4 edit and/or excuse about some form of autocomplete demonstrating this as low effort rant thread starter.

A lot of the time, a ward won't help you if you're pushed that far up.

If you deep ward they will. you just need map awareness.
