Why didn't Riot update past champions back animations ? (Fiora Maokai Singed)

Those that i quoted got reworked, visually and gameplay (not the full size, but they did, look at Fiora).

What i don't understand is that while they added tons of new animations for those, they didn't bother making a back animation that is a MUST have now on every single new champion that's coming and even full sized reworked champions like Poppy or Sion.

So what, now Fiora won't ever be reworked again and i have to pay a skin to get her a back animation on ARAM ?

How is that equaly fair ?
