I'd argue that it's either heimerdinger or karma. Karma because she gets 2 abilities instead of one (mantra being free), and heimer because that "one" ability has the power to generate three turrets that more or less give you infinite damage assuming noone touches them.

Pretty sure if Olaf lands one axe, he's gonna pop ghost and murder both Karma and Heimer at level 1

A) Olaf has one of the worst lv1's in the game (as he's forced into choosing between cc and damage)

B) If you're gonna take olaf into that, I'll just respond with morg and make it so that you die without me taking any damage Morgana

At level 1? Keep in mind this is level 1 we're talking about here. Morgana either chooses pool which isn't going to do anything to Olaf or bind, which is putting all her eggs in one basket, if she misses, Olaf is boning her.

And statistically, iirc Olaf between undertow chaining and his passive has the single highest damage output at level 1 among any champion in a realistic setting. I could be thinking level 2 when he gets his lifesteal steroid, but his DPS output from 1-2 is extremely high nonetheless.

Of course that doesn't translate into being the best level 1 champion, but to say he's one of the worst is just flat out wrong.

I respect that you're a bard main. I was doing well with him for a bit, but took a break and was horrible. I feel like he's the champ you need to constantly practice with because of his abstract play style.

I'm not too bad with the ult, its more I feel I can hit more reliable cc with Thresh, Taric, and Sona for example. I have trouble stunning with the q.

High base attack speed, strong combat/dueling passive which can be used to kite, fairly fast, good repositioning with Q, can take W to block a mage's spells if needed.

Darius

Passive though. Would probably get kited by some, due to being slow.

Braum

Especially with a team. Stun and magic damage on passive is great and un-outplayable.

Karma her empowered Q is strong Udyr Q has 120% total scaling ad as an onhit so he is a runner up (so your first attack would do a whoping 220 total ad) Volibear wins a lot of duels at lvl 1

Olaf if he chains his axes properly. Nobody will beat that. Jax as well if he starts E. But that'd require you to be stupid enough to stand there fighting him where his E is charging.

from a dueling perspective? Tryndamere Aatrox Trundle Udyr Olaf probably up there. From an in-game standpoint? Bard Braum Blitzcrank Morgana Karma are p scary.

If they just stand there and hit each other until one person dies, then it's Volibear . His W is easily the best singular dueling skill in the game if your opponent doesn't run away from you and there's 0 chance that anyone can kill you through your passive at lvl 1.

they didnt say now summoner spells though ps blitz crank can probaly get him to his passive while hes still half health and they he also has to sit through blitz sheild but this is dependant on starting dorans blade and e with blitz

Tryndamere because he gets crit and ad from his rage bar and can heal or if he goes 2 just takes away the enemies ad. or Trundle because he just takes away the enemies ad. Edit lastly if you get boots and vlad you can kite most champions in the game while healing and if you use bushes easier for you

Lulu I am not positive if she is the strongest but with her passive and any of her base abilities you have a lot of power. Level 1 pix bolts are just muy bien. Starting Q gives a chunk and slow, W cc's the enemy or speeds you up for kiting ( I don't remember if Lulu gets her own attack speed buff, if she does more benefit to her) and starting e grants a point and click nuke or a shield

M'yeah but at the same time lots of champion's early game all inning power is vastly increased with actually classic rune pages. Typically, flat AD reds, AS quints, armor yellows/mr blues. Not having runes kinda favours champions with ramping up power like Darius.
