I despise Dynamic Q

Besides having to go through multiple lobbies just to get one single game, Dynamic Q also adds roughly 5 minutes, even for normals, just through the stupid "declare your champion" crap before the actual ban phase. I'm trying to get in a game that instant, with maybe a 1 minute wait, which is about what youd get from Team Builder.

Bring it back.
