New Zilean Creating some seriosly unfair late game fights

The new Zilean in the late game is one of the most broken supports in all of league right now. If his 99% speed buff wasnt enough of a buff you gave him a stun but even that was still fair but the ulti is the most broken ult in the entire game.

Here's some numbers for you, at Level 18 the new zilean can cast his ult every 60 secs and with 40% cdr that becomes 36 seconds, His ult heals his target for 1100 HP + 200% AP, so say Zilean gets 500AP by level 18, he will be able to revive a target every 36 secs and the target will revive to 2100HP.
Can someone tell me what the counterplay for this will be?

Same thing as it always was - force him to ult at a sub-optimal time, ult on a sub-optimal target, get him to ult himself before a big fight, CC him so he's unable to cast spells during an important kill or to far away to prevent a kill, burst targets before he can react, etc.

Zilean's ultimate has always been the single most powerful heal in the game.

Honestly neither is consistently going to be done but it is the BS answers that everyone will be saying.

here is the only nerf zilean needs

make his ultimate visual LITERALLY TURN HIS TARGET SUPER SAIYAN with flashing power lights surging everywhere

zileans ultimate just needs to be EXTREMELY easy to SEE when its ON and OFF the champion

currently with zilean, i have a hard time figuring out when the ultimate actually ends

make zileans ultimate EXTREMELY easy to see, make it turn the target SUPER SAIYAN with extremely easy to see visuals. easy to see when it starts, and when it turns off

simply kill your target after the 5 seconds, and your good to go

When he could rewind his ult once he attained 40% cdr he could ult once every ~29 seconds so actually the frequency was nerfed when is maxed

Hold on, your telling me, that Riot's changes to an old-ass champion actually made him STRONGER instead of nerfed to uselessness? And your complaining?
