BUFF SHEN

Shen has become completely useless in almost every single role. His ridiculous energy costs make him run out half way threw his combos and his shield blocks next to nothing. We have top laners like riven that can shield for half their health and do godlike amounts of damage while we have a top lane tank whose energy costs are ridiculously high but gets a shield that does about a quarter of rivens shield. Shen has been given one dash but it has a high cooldown and energy cost so the minute he uses his dash he is easily out traded by any champion with range aka jayce, teemo, maokai, etc. But if it was only ranged champions that can crush shen it wouldnt be soo bad but any champion with burst can also easily crush shen. Darius easy destroys shen along with almost every other top laner.

My proposed changes:

• Increase shen's ability base damage Or make him have AD scaling in some way
• Buff shen's shield
• Reduce his energy costs or increase his energy regen rates
