Balance Team Please Don't Do Anymore Reworks

Recent Reworks that have resulted in really bad outcomes have made me lose faith in riot's rework team. I'm not saying completely stop reworking champs just tone down the reworks. just because you rework a champ doesn't mean you should make it the best at its role no questions asked.

Heres what i want to see changed:

Less Changes all at once
More Thought put into reworks before they are released
Dont make champs the best at their roles just because they got reworked for the current meta

It's not that they shouldn't do reworks, but they need to listen to pbe feedback a lot more, and not release ~7 so close together.

Morde rework was done by CertainlyT, it's not a direct output from balance team. Not sure about the rest.

The concept of Juggernauts are fine, they just need better tweaking.

Tbh, a better rework direction is not follow a specific role direction when reworking.
