Yi has become incredibly overpowered with the new jungle items

Yi has been turned into an incredibly overpowered champion with the newest jungle updates due to the changes in jungle items. This item has allowed yi a previosly fair champion because his damage was usually offset but his lack of cc to have a ridiculous amount of cc and even more armor pen to go along with an already borderline broken damage champion. The added slow from this item allows yi to easily kill anyone found even a quarter of the way up lane. making it nearly impossible to do any farming except under tower unless you have huge amounts of wards.
