Buff Azir

Azir a bunch of patches ago got a massive nerf to his Q. Unlike all other difficult champs in the game, Azir actually does have a really bad winrate of 45,54%. Azir was somewhat often seen in competetive play because of his kit having a bunch of strong points, but Riot completely murdered him. Azir has low playrates to add to his ulta terrible winrate. Honestly, why are most of the other difficult champs allowed to have a borderline 50% winrate and Azir had to get butchered, Please buff him, let him be actually useful.
