Why is there only going to be 3 badges?

If you don't know already. Riot is making a way to tell what kind of player you are in ranked by giving badges on the rank ladder. It'll be based on your past 25 ranked games.

However, they are only making 3 badges. 1 for people who usually queue as a whole 5 man, another for people who queue with more than 1 person, and then the last one for people who queue solo.

Why would we group up the people who duo queue with people who trio queue and why would we group people who trio queue with people who quad queue?

In my opinion, there should be 5 different badges. Just cause being a 2man queue is a lot different than being a 4man queue.

You're just making them sound like the same thing with this addition.

hmmm i think this doesnt really matter anyway

it only shows for last 25 games

so i can literally get boosted to master then feed 25 games solo and get a shiney new mastertier soloplayer badge and then brag whilst waving my big fat epeen around

not gonna fix anything

i dont think 5 badges is neccesarily a bad idea but i don't think its all thats needed we might need even more what if you equally play as 5man 3man and solo?

we need the badge to show just like how champ mastery does and it needs to track for the whole season and change accordingly you get the solo or premade or 5 man badge when you play 60% or more of your games as such with a 5% margin before changing.

Who even gives a shit about the badges. It's a half assed attempt and reviving some love for the company that dug themselves a hole they can't possibly get out of with their stubbornness

the three badges are solo q mix of solo/teams only teams

how many more badges can there be? a dadge for 40/60 solo, 40/60 teams, 30/70 solo?? lol

and du is completely different from solo. with a duo, 2 people can skype and carry. but to carry the game by yourself in solo Q is another thing.

I know that duo is different from solo queue

There should be: Badge for mostly solo queue Badge for mostly duo queue Badge for mostly trio queue Badge for mostly quad queue Badge for mostly penta queue

and it should be based on your past 90 games of ranked. 90 so there can't be a even of each queue type.

and 90 games means no one has a badge for the longest time
