??

he feels so hilariously weak to me, if the enemy has a sona, just gg right there, because one power chord + Q is going to do 30% of your health

Item changes are all fine and dandy, but as far as abilities go, he's one of the weakest ADCs atm. The Q changes were almost useless, all because it STILL takes a whopping 4.5 seconds to enter stealth if taking damage. Think about how quickly Twitch, a squishy, immobile ADC, dies if he's off on his own trying to be an assassin. Does it take longer than 4.5 seconds to kill him? Hell no, it takes about 0.5 seconds. Not only that but the nerfs to his ult made his teamfighting infinitely worse, with a whole 2 seconds shaved off the duration, and the followthrough bolts got weaker as well. So now he does less in teamfights, is a crappy assassin, and has almost no presence in lane.

EDIT: Another reason why he makes a terrible assassin is because of how long it takes him to assassinate a target. Being an auto-attack-based champion, even with maximum attack speed, you're only getting 2.5 attacks per second. In the span of 1 second, unless you kill your target outright (keep in mind if you intent to use your E as well, it has both a travel time and a cast time) you're most likely dead. Against mages, they can burst you within the span of 0.2-0.5 seconds without batting an eye; far too short a time for Twitch to get his damage out. Against other ADCs, they can simply out-duel you because Twitch has no real burst without a max stacked E, which takes at least 6 attacks. Making a full 6 attacks just takes far too long for an assassin, and ADCs will usually have Phantom Dancer + Lifesteal for protection. Now look at other assassins: Zed and Talon for example are ability-based, and both of them can kill a squishy before they have time to react. Not only that, but they can jump out to safety using their ults, whereas Twitch has to wait at least 1.5 seconds.

TL;DR Twitch's assassination potential is limited by his attack speed, whereas the other assassins in this game are not hindered by such drawbacks due to their ability-based nature.

A nerf to his ult LOL

What he got from the update is mostly teamfight strength, he can potentially just re-stealth on every kill DURING a teamfight and keep his steroid up and make himself incredibly slippery.
