People are seriously crying about MF losing her GW?

Lol

Yes because MF has only been a viable carry when GW was a necessary stat have. Be real, nobody in their right mind spams heal on a target with the debuff applied and it's a stat that was randomly there that had little place in the game in the first place. I never felt like I was being overwhelmed by MF and her GW whenever I played vs her during her short durations of being a strong carry, it's literally stupid to complain about the removal of it. It's not even a core identity in her kit.

well, it surely doesnt matter much especially not because the new active is pretty good.

what DOES matter tho is the change to make it rain. shorter duration means less zone control, that really hurts.

that 1 second is also a loss of 100 base magic damage.

Then complain about that, that's completey different than complaining about her losing a minute amount of power that rarely matters

Just the removal of grievous wounds in general from the game is problematic because champions like Vlad and Swain are absurdly toxic without it. Not having it on MF specifically is fine but we need more access to it.

Maybe riot will actually nerf them now if their healing becomes a problem. I mean, let's be completey honest. Vlad is killing you with just straight up sustained and decent burst damage, rarely do you feel like Vlads healing outside of lane phase wins a game. Swain is so binary that he's either running your team over because he's super far ahead and grevious wounds wouldn't matter or he's not doing much of anything.

And further to that point, nobody is picking grevious wounds based champions to counter any of these champions, nobody ever has. The goal vs healing based champions has always been to burst them/kill them fast as opposed to stacking up grevious wounds on them, which is a horribly inefficient and inconsistent method of killing them in the first place.
