Passive Unique: Your champion gains +32 health per stack, receiving 2 stacks for a kill,and 1 stack for an assist (stacks up to 20). You lose a third of you stack upon death. At 20 stacks your champion takes 15% less damage.

Recipe item 1028 + 800g

Like an HP item 3041 .

Why? I know Leviathan was realy strong before it was deleted, but in the curent "Meta", tanks like Sion Maokai (and more ofc) are played a lot. In ranked, when you need to play tank, but the ennemy team is at the lead, you need to tank a lot. Because, when the ennemy Zed or any Assasins or ADC kills you when you have 3k HP and 200 Armor you feel realy salty. Bring back Leviathan can make tanks REALY carry.

Changes? 15% Less damages => 10% Less damages +32 Hp per stack => +40 Hp per stacks Lose 1/3 stack => 1/2

Recipie: item 1028 => item 1011+400g => (1400g) Like item 3041 and item 3141 .

What does Leviathan do? Keep you from dying.

What counters Leviathan? Dying.

No.... It ends up being REALLY strong on the wrong champions. For example an adc/mid/split pusher with escape who gets it are very hard to punish for the item choice. While engagers/tanks/high risk champions who it SHOULD be good for are punished by being in a hard spot to get stacks. Take Mejai's for an example. Who gets it? Peal supports or hyper long range mages. You don't see Diana/Mao/Fid getting it. Because you don't want to lose stacks. Now those are the champs who should get a benefit from Leviathan, as it helps them to enage. But it's not worth it if they die.

So the item ends up being counter-intuitive.
