If Crit adc becomes conpletely broken and lethality becomes bad again jhin is still going to be top 3 adc no matter what builds become good or bad..

Definitely not a overloaded champion and perfectly well made..

Its so demoralising when my adc is sivir and the enemy adc is jhin sivir is in aa range autos a couple times then dies while jhin is sitting at 3000 range away from the fight and has the same impact as sivir because he landed his ult shots...

On top of all the utility he has its just bot lane azir except that he has 1 of the highest pick rates in the game while also holding 1 of the highest consistent win rates despite what meta we are is just dumb Imo

he was in the top 4 i think, because except the 3 above every adc were garbage with the exception of ashe in pro

before lethality jhin had 51% win rate and 30% pick rate meanwhile cait had 53% win rate and 30% pick rate, same for vayne before her nerfs(with a little smaller pick rate) and twitch had a small pick rate but had 54% win rate
