Conqueror was a rune to help bruiser kill tanks.

now it just seem like some shitty rune that will end up being abused by Riven like wtf?

Riven is among many on the list of champions that this rune is designed to synergize with. How is that abuse?

They nerfed fervor so it couldn't stack with abilities. What i should have said was: why did they remake a rune that stacks with abilities, which nerfed in the past and now bringing it back

Conqueror (Precision Keystone) [New Effect] "Attacks or spells that deal damage to an enemy champion grant 3-15 Adaptive Force (based on level) for 3s (8s for melee). Stacks up to 5 times. When fully stacked, heal for 10% of damage dealt to champions and convert 10% of that damage to True Damage."

It's basically the lovechild of Warlord's Bloodlust and Fervor of Battle, that also happens to work on DPS mages.

Okay, and the solution is pretty simple: Make it weaker for mages. AP Bruisers and other fighter/bruiser classes should be the only ones using this rune.

Cass, kennen, azir are just a couple who would abuse tf out of this rune more than any bruiser in the game and they dont really play a bruiser playstyle.

Cass and Azir, sure. Cass just got nerfed hard and Azir hasn't been good in a while. Kennen, not so much.

“Bruisers Kill tanks” Literally every bruiser took it weather there was a tank on the enemy team or not because it had such a good true damage conversion. So “bruisers Kill everyone”

Literally every bruiser? Nasus ( if you call him a bruiser) grasp, Aatrox takes electrocute, kled takes PTA, Camillie Pta, Renekton PTA...every bruiser huh
