Upvote to Remove Ranked Dodge Penalty

So first off, I'd like to say that I do not even play ranked, so this effects me in to way at all. With that said, I've seen so many threads here that I no longer wish to start ranked until dodge penalty is removed. So many games were doomed from champion select, not because of incompetency of skill, but because two stubborn people wanted the same role. And it's not fair for the third, fourth, and fifth person to join the "dynamic duo" in their inevitable defeat. There is no sense in communicating when a member won't listen. People use the excuse that people will dodge simply because they cannot play their role and make it much harder to get a ranked game started, but really, would you rather lose for reasons completely out of your power, or would you not ranked at all?

For a while they had no LP penalty on dodging, just the escalating time penalties.

Ranked was unplayable. People would dodge if they didn't get "their" role or "their" champ, or someone on their team got counter-picked, or someone banned the "wrong" champs, or picked something "UP", or if someone on the other team got something "OP", or...

Just a time restriction isn't enough of a deterrent, since people can just switch and play on a smurf account until their main is available again.

The penalty is there because dodging would happen too often, and it used to happen a lot a long time ago, not everyone has several hours to play and it would be annoying to sit there for 3/4ths of your spare time waiting for a ranked game because people keep dodging. No penalty also means trolls get their way more often.
