When i pop ghost and my ult in Singed, not a single player in this game should be able to stick to me without some sort of CC... how the fuck can a YI stick to me from the first enemy tower all the way down to our base tower... thats stupid

There are plenty of champions in LoL that have there entire kit, aesthetic, and play style centered around being as fast as possible.
With what's effectively a 23% MS boost, Singed isn't even close to being one of those champions.
