Aery's damage portion definitely needs toned down. Its shield could be about 5% more than it is currently to compensate, but it provides such consistant damage output in a much, much better rune tree than something like electrocute, which should be THE go to magic-damage keystone.

Lower the damage from 20-60 (+10% AP and 15% Bonus AD) -> 10-50 (+5-10% AP and 5-15% Bonus AD)

Increase the shield from 30-80 (+25% AP and 40% Bonus AD) -> 33-84 (+26% AP and 42% Bonus AD)

The numbers aren't nice clean round ones, but it would be an improvement in gameplay.

I think that Arcane Comet should be the prime mage keystone. Electrocute is more for assassins in my opinion.
