My money is on cait. Traps would be too oppresive for a non mobile support with no utility to stop pokes. Plus Janna Q plus Cait barrel net means your gonna have a hard time getting close.

ashe doesn't care about winning lane nautilus is just going bot for shits and giggles

ciat is a lane phase beast who at least isn't countered by ashe janna is a serious support with a lot of utility for dealing with stuff like nautilus or ashe poke

you will not have fun as ashe in this matchup especially with janna AD boost + cait range. I would let cait push and try my best to farm while I cry and wish nautilus had picked a real support that doesn't go oom the second they try to all in and get janna'd

btw if you want to double ult later in the phase because you managed to get enough gold to matter then kill janna first. You aren't going to kill a good cait in this case without jungle help. Ping for jungler all phase long. Don't be prideful youre playing ashe. The more follow up you get the better.
