MAKE RUNES CHEAPER OR FREE

Runes impact the early game alot, and being in silver a huge thing i notice is that people just simply don't have the correct runes to play all champions and as a result the early power advantage the enemy with proper runes is unfair. this is what causes people to get steamrolled and rekt and then people will start flaming and creating a negative environment. SO IF U MAKE RUNES FREE there will be overall better gameplay, less flaming and life will be much better
