Fiora needs some reworking.

i think fiora's W should be buffed, they should give it a passive gaining permanent ad like it used to before. 15/20/25/30/40 ad per upgrade in skill.

No she does not need that. They took that away from her w because she deals true damage now. No need to give her an ability that gives her ad just by leveling one skill like before.

She's fine!

As she stands right now she has fair stats and is very skill reliant, both to play as and against, and I wish more of the field was like that!

sure she can get ridiculous if she snowballs, but who doesn't ? :P

She already deals true damage based on enemy's %Hp, why in the world would she need any pointless natural AD for.
