It doesn't really matter what you pick as long as you are good with it.
What does devourer mean for any of that.

Well, Fiora and Fizz are annoying as hell, but not grossly OP.
fizz will always be op because to me it never was his ratios nor damage but is and always op for lack of cd on trickster havcent you seen the trick video of him as uydr chasing a fizz and dying and the fizz had like 10 hp left.
You die way too much on average.
