As someone who almost exclusively plays tiamat champions (Jax Kled Irelia Camille Khazix) Tiamat was too strong. Too much DPS and waveclear after one back. On Triforce rushing champs, it was still worth rushing most of the time over phage or sheen. Though I'm kinda sad, healthy nerf. Props to Rito

Possibly one of the most gold efficient items in the game on some champions, so I can see why

Imo tiamat was too strong and both Hydra items were too weak. I just think that the price change will hurt junglers more so than top laners.
