I feel like at this point with how dead Aurelion Sol's player base is Riot should do what they did in URF mode with Sol and make it so he gets more stars as the game goes on. Like decrease the growth damage but give him that buff he has for URF mode. Considering how they changed his W to piss off his rare but real mains they should try to do this. Maybe he'll see actual play too. P.S. This is somewhat an actual post and somewhat of a joke one.

What a shock a champ only played by his absolute mains, who themselves were culled in number after riot trashed his identity can win with the champ. Almost as if people don't know how to play against Asol because they never see him, whereas the people who play him do so well because they all have experience and dedication to the champ. This is why a winrate alone doesn't dictate how good a champ is. Asol should have that high a winrate when his playerbase is hardcore mains only.

Yeah no, calling bullshit. There are plenty of champs that have low pick rate and absolutely none of them have 55% winrate, nor should they.

If Asol is so good why isn't everyone picking him? You would think pros and coaches would love him. Not like his playstyle is unviable we've seen him plenty. Why don't people pick him to climb? Why is he always in the middle of tier lists? Asol has never dipped below a 53 or so winrate because

His playstyle is(was) unconventional and people don't learn to adapt to it because why would you when you never see a champ
only his mains play him those champs you're talking about are they unique? I certainly wouldn't say as unique as Asol is historically. Also most of those champs are trash whereas Asol is mid tier. Am I saying Asol is bad? No. Does he really need buffs? No. But the idea that a 55% winrate alone is representative of his balance or ever has been is ridiculous. He needs his identity back.

What about Kog'maw? Doesn't he have one of the highest winrates amongst marksman but also one of the lowest pickrates since people who pick him know they will most likely win the match up and have a Lulu on their team.
