Two changes need to be made to Supercharger

  1. The tooltip needs to actually say that your autos are disabled during the charge-up. Seriously, how do you just skim over that?
  2. You need to be able to cast spells during the charge-up. Disabling autos is more than enough.

Kai'Sa needs a lot of minor buffs in my opinion, one of which has to be as you said in your second point being able cast spells while charging up.

But here were some of my suggestions to choose from:

  • Increase her AA Range.
  • Make her Q prioritize marked champions with plasma.
  • Her R and W have to scale the same in terms of range.

If she could cast spells while invisible, she could cast her W and then R to that target. It would be kinda weird and maybe unfair.
