Death Timers - A SOLUTION!?
Gasp. Here it is: Lower death timers. Add +1/2/3/4/5 secs per death up to some cap.
Playing stupidly? Get long death timers. Play awesome and get tripped up once? Not instant-loss.
Done.

Then people will be playing too hesitantly and that's what long death timers have done to the game already. Yes I think people should have an incentive to not die but I don't see this system working out.
