Rank dodge is obscene. Last night I spent (literally) 42 minutes trying to get into the game. After load (which someone crashed and reconnected), it was close to 45 minutes or more to actually start.

The punishment for dodging rank needs to go up. The threat of punishment lowers levels of targeted behavior. The higher the punishment the less it happens.

Spending 10-15 minutes just to start on average is getting stupid. 45 minutes? That's over an entire LONG match. Jesus.

I would say alot of the current dodgeing is simply people forgetting to lock in. Give it few weeks and it will probly be alot less frequent.
