Only play with friends using some sort of chat service (Ex. Skype, curse, etc) If you play solos you will get trolls that is inevitable. Also you will be more coordinated and you won't expect people you are NOT talking to, to do stuff you want them to do. SHHH don't tell anyone though

Only way to play the game and have fun in norms is with friends IMO (but I have also played for many years). Ranked you can still do solo but have to go in with a positive attitude and know some games are going to suck, but overall you will rank up if you are good enough.
