Shadow Assassin still inferior to Rhast

Rhast does better lategame with higher win rate too. So far playing Shadow Assassin 4 times in a row makes you realize that you could have pulled off those kills a lot easier with Zed. Then you play another game with Rhast and carry the game by yourself doe to broken lifesteal.

Its not a matter of nerfing Rhast either, since SA is so useless that nerfing Rhast pretty much means no one will play Kayn anymore.

The problem here is that SA wasn't buffed in the correct manner. I would say hes buff was a freaking joke. He clearly needs to do something better or Different than other champions like Zed or Kha zix, that currently do his exact job and so much easier.

i agree, as an adc, i definitly fear rhaast more than than shadow assassin, just because of his lifesteal.

The problem is regardless of form the time it takes to transform. Rhaast is kinda op and has utility so even if Kayn gets behind , I see them time and time again get back into the game as Rhaast. Now Shadow Assasin is just as good as any other assasin, the problem is, that before you transform in base form you are weaker than any other assasin, which in turn like you said makes you think, maybe I should have just played zed or kha to have all that power from the start, and have a chance to snowball faster and harder.

Of course Rhaast has a better late game. Late game is more teamfighting where he's better in thanks to his sustain.

Shadow Kayn, like most assassins, should fall off late because he's not great in teamfights. He's better at picking solo people out. Especially when going lethality because that just deletes people (I should know, whenever Kayn got on me as Jhin last night I was pretty much dead).

Honestly if they really needed to buff him again, I'd suggest increasing his ult range as shadow assassin or something. But that's probably dumb.
