I was iffy about voice chat even after having spent my entire teenage years playing Xbox Live games (so voice chat 24/7) but after having watched this video I'm all for this.

They aren't against voice chat. If they do it, they want to do it in a way that does not come with all the inherent toxicity that inevitably comes with it.
