What if Yasuo could only use his ult on allied knocks when his Steel Tempest is stacked? No more free press R when Malphite charges unless Yasuo has the empovered Q. Justified or not?

Cuz I still don't see how Yasuo can be considered balanced when team comps can revolve solely around face roll ults and abilities setting him up to one shot half your team then him skirting through one-shotting everyone else with a Janna shield or lulu buffs. Yuck Fasuo. I'm 100% sure Riot has 0 plans to do anything about this fucking bullshitter too.
