riots champ design decisions made me quit this game

For years now this game has had a meta of 115 or so untouchable champs riot never nerfs because of fan favorites (jarvan, katarina, lee sin, annie) yet they nerf and tinker with every other champ in the game. What you ultimately end up is a game revolving around 10-20 champs.

Their champ nerf and design teams without a doubt don't communicate with each other. They release new champs for money but when it comes to nerfing theirs no logic behind it. For example they gut twiches E due to qq and also his Q. Then few months down the line they release Kalista, who is essentially twitch with a crazy damage E and great mobility. Honestly I don't know how someone can play this game more then a year when you know how crap riots game design is.
